Prof. Falk MÜLLER-RIEMENSCHNEIDER

Module Head of Mobile Health Interventions

Prof. Falk Müller-Riemenschneider is Associate Professor at the Saw Swee Hock School of Public Health, National University of Singapore. He qualified as a medical doctor from the University of Cologne, Germany and subsequently worked in General Medicine and Cardiology at the Royal London Hospital and Oxford University Hospitals, United Kingdom. He completed a doctorate degree at the University of Cologne and a Master’s degree in Public Health from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine. Falk’s work focusses on the prevention and management of non-communicable diseases from a public health perspective, with a particular emphasis on physical activity and other key behavioural risk factors. He is leading the Physical Activity and Nutrition Determinants in Asia (PANDA) research programme that utilises digital technologies for the development and scientific evaluation of personalised lifestyle interventions.
